Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we explore your story together—what has shaped you, hurt you, and where you want to go from here. I draw from counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, and Family Systems Therapy, among others. I aim to find the perfect combination of my training and experience and your natural strengths and coping skills that best supports your growth and healing.

If important to you, I can also integrate Christian faith into the therapy process by drawing from Biblical principles and values, theology, and trusted Christian authors. However, I will never impose my beliefs or values on you. I welcome and respect clients from all backgrounds and belief systems—this is a safe space for you to show up just as you are.
